Before and alongside real estate, Stephen has spent years in custom home building, so he walks through a house the way a builder does. Sellers get a straight read on what is worth fixing before a home goes live, and buyers get an honest look at construction, condition and value.
His sales run from shore colonials in Wall Township to waterfront homes in Manasquan and Brielle and luxury properties in Sea Girt, Belmar and Asbury Park. In 2024 he ranked in the top 12 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide, before joining RE/MAX Revolution in 2025.
